Michael Clarke, proprietor of The Fish & Chip Co, Perth installed his Peel Tech System in 2016. It’s very important to Michael and his team to “do the right thing” when it comes to business. Being as environmentally compliant and friendly as possible is part of that ethos so something that would reduce the potato waste going into the sewage system was a ‘no brainer’.
Indeed Michael was really surprised when seeing what waste the Peel Tech collected and didn’t realise what a large volume was produced.
Michael is now totally confident that if he is inspected he won’t be at any risk of prosecution under the Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2012 Act.
